Without him, let’s just say that this fictional town of Los Angeles would certainly look very different. Of course, we are talking about The Bold and the Beautiful star Darin Brooks. The actor, who is best known for his role as Wyatt Spencer, is celebrating ten years on the show! Here’s what you need to know.

Wyatt recently opened up to Soaps.com about how much his character has changed over the last ten years. When asked whether or not Wyatt has matured, Darin had this to say, “He’s grown up! He went from that young kid who was a free spirit trying to figure his world out to someone has his head on straighter, largely because of Bill [Don Diamont] and getting to know Liam [Scott Clifton].”

Darin also said that he has so much fun playing Wyatt on the set of the hit CBS soap that sometimes, “the director or someone will have to rein us in. We start to have a little too much fun!” Hey, we can definitely believe it!

If that weren’t enough, Wyatt also said that Darin is the kind of Spencer son that you would certainly expect him to be. He said, “He’s still full of piss and vinegar. When he doesn’t like someone — like Sheila [Kimberlin Brown] or Thomas [Matthew Atkinson] — he doesn’t censor himself!”

The Bold and the Beautiful News: What’s Next For Wyatt Spencer?

Here’s hoping that we get to see more of Darin Brooks as Wyatt Spencer for the next ten years, and if not more! That said, fans would definitely like to see him in a new storyline just because it’s been so long since he’s been in the spotlight. Heck, even a new love interest would be nice, too. Then again, there’s always the chance that Flo Fulton might come back and flip his world upside down again. Watch this space!
