This The Young and the Restless star has some very exciting news to share with her fans and viewers of the show! Christel Khalil, who is best known for her role as Lily Winters on the hit CBS soap, recently announced that she is pregnant! Here’s what you need to know.
Christel took to her Instagram account to share a photo of herself from Monaco and of course, her growing baby bump! She captioned her pic with, “That’s a wrap on Monaco! Thank you, Festival TV Monte Carlo for a great trip! Loved being there with this A-Team. Lots of laughs, blisters on our feet, and ate enough croissants to supply a bakery. See you next time!”
Of course, many of her fans have commented on her photo with, “I knew it! I was like she must be pregnant the way Y&R is strategically placing those purses and bags. Congratulations!” along with, “I just saw the article on Twitter talking about your pregnancy. Congratulations, I guess if anyone had any doubts, you confirmed your pregnancy here, lol.”
Another fan wrote, “Awesome! I love seeing all of you outside the studio …you all look like you love each other so much and always have so much fun! Congratulations to you and yours on your beautiful baby bump!”
As many of Christel’s fans probably already know, the actress is already a mom to her 13-year-old son Michael, who she has from a previous relationship. She’s been with her partner Sam Restagno since 2018. The couple announced their engagement in 2022, but are yet to set a wedding date.
So far Christel has not made any additional comments about her pregnancy and nor has she revealed her due date. It will certainly be interesting to see if her character Lily ends up being pregnant on the show, too. Otherwise, there’s a very good chance that Christel will continue to try and hide her baby bump in front of the cameras for as long as she will still be on the show. Watch this space.
