While motherhood was initially not in the cards for her, the moment that she found out that she was pregnant, she definitely wanted to have a baby. She felt like the time was right for her to begin this new journey in her life.

But then again, her personal life sure did make things very complicated for her. Because she slept with both Nick Newman and Adam Newman, she didn’t know who the father of her child was until a DNA test proved it to be Adam. Or at least, that’s what everyone believes. There’s also the possibility that Victoria Newman might have tampered with the results and made it look like Adam was the father just so she could get Nick out of the picture. Little did Victoria know at the time that Nick would end up staying in his relationship with Sally anyway.

Now that Sally is no longer pregnant with her baby girl, she’s going to have a hard time getting past this difficult tragedy in her life. She won’t feel like designing anymore, let alone have anything to do with her fashion line. She’ll lose all hope and will feel like a failure, both as a mother and as a person. It will be up to both Nick and Adam to help her during this time in need and before it’s too late, too.
