Sally was at home when she felt such excruciating pain that she was almost knocked out. Actress Courtney Hope, who plays Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap, recently put it this way to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, “Nick’s nowhere to be found, so her thoughts are like a runaway train. And then Elena tells Sally that they might have to do a C-section.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that when Sally wakes up, she finds herself in the hospital and sees Adam Newman standing right next to her. She feels better but unfortunately, she doesn’t get the news that she wants to hear. At least, not right away. Courtney previews, “She feels less pain, plus it’s nice to see a face that she loves. However, when she asks how their baby is doing, she picks up on a different energy from him, and he starts getting vague with his answers. He’s kind of like, ‘We are just going to focus on getting you well.”

That’s when Sally realizes that she’s no longer pregnant. She feels her stomach and unfortunately, her baby bump is gone. But at the same time, she wants to know where her baby is. She thinks that she’s given birth. But it’s up to Adam to tell her the truth. Courtney says, “She’s aware there was a surgery, so she asks where her baby is. Adam tries to calm her down, which only makes her more upset. She just wants to know how their little girl is doing.”
