Even though the couple just lost out on their $20 million dollar contract with Spotify, there’s a very good chance that the Sussexes might be able to recoup their losses with another lucrative contract. Sources say that one of the reasons why they’ve been let go from the online streamer is because they failed to produce enough content in the three years that they’ve partnered with them. Even though Meghan’s podcast Archetypes did manage to generate a lot of buzz and win some major awards, it wasn’t enough for the company to keep Harry and Meghan for another few years. 

Soon after the announcement was made that Spotify had dropped them, Archewell released a statement that said, “The team behind #Archetypes remain proud of the podcast they created at Spotify. Meghan is continuing to develop more content for the Archetypes audience on another platform,” a spokeswoman for the couple’s Archewell Productions media company said.”

But for those wondering how Harry and Meghan are going to keep paying their mortgage and all of their bills at home, fear not. There’s speculation that Harry and Meghan might already be in talks to front some major ad campaigns in the future. In fact, it’s been heavily rumored that Prince Harry will soon be the face of Christian Dior while sources close to the Duchess of Sussex say that she’s looking to front an ad campaign for a major brand like Cartier. Clearly, the Sussexes are already thinking ahead and trying to stay ahead of the game and who can blame them really, right?
