We know that Julian ended up having a child with Dr. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun), but she never told him about that. Kim left Port Charles, and it’s unclear whether she knew she was pregnant when she did. Nonetheless, she gave birth to what appeared to be Julian’s child, but named him after Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). So who is Julian’s baby boy number three? Well, rumor has it he actually came first among them.

As the storyline unfolds, fans have been wondering who could possibly be Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) father and why he wants Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to pay.
