The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, June 16 tease that Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) fights to live after evil Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) kidnaps, binds, and gags her in his quest to get at Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case).
Cameron thinks that Faith is beautiful just like her mom but she spits out that she despises him just like her mom does.
Poor Sharon is petrified for her daughter after a frightening phone call on Friday’s episode. What he really wants is Sharon who hates him with all of her being. So he may retaliate now that he has her daughter, and if so it definitely won’t be pretty.
Sharon pleads with Cameron to let her innocent daughter go but the sicko taunts that he can’t guarantee the condition Faith will be in if he lets her leave. As a result Sharon is petrified for her baby, since she more than anyone realizes the sickness that Cameron is capable of. Would he kill Faith to get at her—he is certainly capable after killing her innocent cat Borgnine.
Meanwhile Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) returns from the abandoned garage he was investigating, understanding that
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) was correct – it was a trap.
Chance learns that Cameron confronted Sharon after he and Nick left her all alone, and can’t believe the lengths he went to in order to torment Sharon–Cameron used a secret tunnel under the house which underscores his craven obsession after all these years. Clearly he is on a mission and time is running out to keep everyone safe.
Cameron wanted to abscond with Sharon but after that plan failed he is like a wounded bear: meaner and more determined than ever.
Once again, the only cop who seems to work these days, Chance tells Sharon and Nick to let the GCPD handle this problem, but there is an epic confrontation with Cameron ahead. Everyone gathers at the hospital and you can conclude that it’s because something horrible has happened.
Elsewhere Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) had been admitted in pain and Friday’s episode could bring sad news about her and/or her unborn baby. Luckily Sally has Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to be with her, as Nick is busy with his family crisis. They bond as the doctor reveals what will happen next for Sally!
