The Young and the Restless spoilers say that soon enough everyone in Genoa City is going to be saying, ‘Sally Spectra who?’ That’s because it seems like there’s a very good chance that this new and dangerous storyline with Cameron Kirsten might actually bring Nick Newman closer together with his ex, Sharon Newman. While the two have certainly had their fair share of ups and downs over the years, there’s no denying that their chemistry is the reason why they keep finding their way back to each other over and over again. As many The Young and the Restless fans are aware of by now, Nick has been doing everything he can to protect Sharon from the evil Cameron Kirsten while also trying to rescue their daughter, Faith Newman. Cameron is a deranged man who has no business creeping around the Newman estate, yet here he is. He’s been making everyone’s life utter hell, including Nick’s. He framed him for assault and forced him to go behind bars just so he could make his way into Sharon’s home.

But if there’s anything that we’ve learned about Nick Newman over the years, it’s that he truly cares about all of the women that have been or still are in his life. And that of course includes Sharon Newman. There’s no denying that he still loves her and that’s why he’s basically ignored Sally Spectra and her needs these last few weeks as he’s gone into protection mode for Sharon. 

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Sharon And Nick?

So, does this mean that Sharon and Nick are going to get back together again once all is said and done and Cameron is taken care of? There’s a good possibility that it might happen. But how long they will remain with one another is anyone’s guess. These two do have a sketchy history, after all. Watch this space.
