Meow! Now this is a side of The Young and the Restles star Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) that we haven’t seen in a very long time. Here’s what you need to know!
Michelle shared a photo of herself looking all shades of hot for her Instagram account and captioned it with, “Just cat burglar suits for Phyllis these days.” Michelle also shared a black heart emoji. Of course, many of her Instagram fans and followers commented on her photo with, “I give you credit for maintaining your beautiful figure and still looking so sleek in those outfits. Phyllis deserves a real love interest when this whole mess is resolved. Loved how Summer held her own with Diane,” along with, “I would have loved to have Phyllis and Jeremy Stark become a real couple…… Like he reformed just for her and they became the new power couple!”
Another fan wrote, “This is a beautiful picture of you. Phyllis is my favorite character! I was so happy when you came back! You play the best Phyllis!”
Michelle’s co-star Elizabeth Hendrickson also wrote, “Hottest burglar out there.”
Back in May, and while speaking to Daytime Confidential in a new interview, the stunning actress opened up about Phyllis Summer and how she’s been showing her dark side lately. As many The Young and the Restless fans already know, Phyllis faked her own death so she can frame Diane Jenkins for murder.
Michelle said, “I feel like I’ve been doing that all year quite honestly. At one point, I talked to Josh [Griffith, Executive Producer and Head Writer] and I said, ‘With all the history, Diane (Susan Walters) really is a situation for Phyllis.’ Whatever Phyllis has, she wants. Let’s not forget, Phyllis went to prison for the arson thing. Diane had it out for her. I don’t think that ever dies. As human beings, when you go through that with someone, you’re never going to believe that person will change.”
With that said, The Young and the Restless fans will simply have to tune in to find out what will happen next! Watch this space.
