The Bold and the Beautiful Star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Teases What’s Next For Steffy Forrester

Love her or hate her, there’s no denying that you just can’t ignore her. The Bold and the Beautiful star Jacqeuline MacInnes Wood is definitely a presence whenever she’s in front of the cameras! The actress, who is best known for her role as Steffy Forrester on the hit CBS soap, recently opened up about what’s next for her character. Here’s what she has to say.

Speaking to Michael Fairman TV in a new interview, JMW says that she’s absolutely honored to have been on The Bold and the Beautiful for as long as he has now. As many of her fans know, she’s celebrating her 15th anniversary with the soap. She told the site, “Being on The Bold and Beautiful for 15 years has been a surreal and a rewarding experience. Working with such a wonderful cast and crew, who have poured their hearts and souls into this production since 1987 is an honor and a privilege. It’s a humbling milestone and a tremendous privilege. I will be forever grateful for this journey.”

She also said, “When I was younger, whatever situation I was in my life at the time, B&B was always a place that I could go back to watching. It was familiar faces, it felt like home, and now I can say that this is my home.”

The Bold and the Beautiful News: There Will Be Changes For Steffy

And while there’s no doubt that Steffy’s life has rarely seen a dull moment, Jacqueline says that this upcoming year is going to be a transformative one for her character. She put it this way, “I don’t know what’s going on, for sure just yet, because again, you just don’t know. We will do a storyline, and it’s not like years ago where you could write in and be like, ‘I don’t like a storyline.’ Now, we’ll do a storyline and you think it’s going one way, and then we end up pumping the brakes and go another way. So, I really don’t know what we’re going to get. I know there’s a lot of fun stuff coming up. It’s interesting, because Steffy ultimately feels safer with Finn. She loves Liam, but she doesn’t feel as safe.”
