The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that there’s love, and then there’s a soap opera kind of love that might be taking things a little too far. While it’s safe to say that Thomas Forrester and Hope Logan are most likely going to have an affair during their trip to Italy together, that seems like it’s the worst of this problematic situation. That’s because a lot of people seem to forget that these two are actually connected by family. In fact, many B&B fans seem to be “grossed out” over the thought of Hope actually falling in love and wanting to make love to her step-brother. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
The cat is definitely out of the bag as Hope has made it no secret that she is falling for Thomas Forrester. After all, there’s no denying that he can be very charming and irresistable. But that’s not the only issue here. Hope and Thomas are connected by family. Hope’s mother Brooke Logan and Thomas’s father Ridge Forrester have a long history of getting married and then getting divorced just to get married again.
And while Hope and Thomas are not brother and sister in a Brady Bunch kind of way, the fact that these two even have a romantic storyline is a little too much for some long-time The Bold and the Beautiful viewers. Some have even taken to social media to write comments such as, “I don’t even wanna mention that these two grew up like step-siblings. But that’s really something where they think people wanna tune in? It’s getting so old,” along with, “Yes, this is gross.It’s not about a good romance, a hot affair or something else that’s the least bit interesting. It‘s just Brad Bell writing the same plot-driven mess that he‘s been doing for 25 years. Just that he completely lost its mojo and all his current storylines are ashamed to even be a shadow to what this soap was in the 90s and even early 2000s.”
