The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Kyle Finds Summer Right In the Middle Of Phyllis

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Kyle shows up at the GCAC suite as he’s been following Summer behind him. He is absolutely stunned to see both Summer and her brother Daniel with their mother, Phyllis. While Kyle already knew that Phyllis had faked her death, it was still a huge shock to see her alive.

Michael Mealor, who plays Kyle on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “What Kyle doesn’t understand is that Summer seems more surprised to see him than she is about seeing Phyllis. After all, SUmmer has already told Kyle that Phyllis hasn’t been in touch with her, but something isn’t right. Kyle was just minutes behind Summer, so if she just saw her mom for the first time in weeks, she shouldn’t be more taken aback by Kyle’s arrival.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Summer insists that she isn’t hiding anything from her husband, but he still wants to see her phone. He checks her text log and sees that she’s been texting Phyllis this entire time. Kyle absolutely cannot believe that his wife has been lying to him this entire time. And that is something that he doesn’t want to tolerate, considering everythign that they have been through up until this point.

Michael says, “While Summer was hanging out with her mother, Diane, was charged for Phyllis’s murder. It’s enough to send Kyle over the edge.”
