Tyler Christopher Arrested: Here’s What Really Happened

Just when you thought things were going great, this happens. There are new reports that say former General Hospital and Days of Our Lives star Tyler Christopher was arrested for apparently taking a nap in an airport terminal. Unfortunately though, it seems like that nap was alcohol-infused as he was passed out on the floor in the American Airlines terminal in a Southern California airport. Tyler Christopher Arrested: Here’s What Really Happened

According to TMZ, the daytime television star was arrested for taking a nap on the floor of the airport terminal. Apparently, he was so drunk that he couldn’t care for himself, which is one of the reasons why the authorities decided to handcuff him and book him for public intoxication.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that Tyler has been arrested for public intoxication. A few years ago he was also thrown in jail for passing out in the back of an Uber. If that weren’t enough, the driver also claimed that Tyler had urinated himself in the back seat, too. 

Many fans have been hoping for a Tyler Christopher comeback in the soap world but sadly, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Back in April, the actor opened up about his experience on General Hospital. He told the Digital Journal in an interview, “General Hospital was my first acting job. My first day was a little scary because I was new and I didn’t really know what I was doing, and I had a lot of dialogue. In my first day, I thought everyone would judge me and I would get fired but I got through it because I was prepared, and it ended up being great.”

General Hospital News: What’s Next For Tyler Christopher And His Future?

Speaking about his future, Tyler also said at the time, “I am still auditioning and I am just hanging out and seeing what happens. My kids are doing good, and they are both into acting in school, which is cool. My daughter just did ‘The Nutcracker’ and I saw her do that. My son did a play too, so they both have the acting bug.”

So far Tyler himself has not made any comments about his arrest.
