It seems like The Young and the Restless star Doug Davidson, who was best known for his role as Paul Williams, is still looking for the right publication to do his tell-all interview about his experience on the hit CBS soap. Just recently, when a Twitter fan asked Doug, “WE as your loyal fans are still waiting for you to be interviewed by this trusted publication that you are seeking-It would seem to me that several venues would be trying to contact YOU; because everyone wants you back on Y&R, so what’s the delay at this point?” he replied with, “It’s my delay. I’m trying to finish a remodel.”

Back in March, Doug hinted that he had a lot to say about working on The Young and the Restless. That, and apparently getting fired from the show, too. He wrote on Twitter, “I guess I should do an interview with a trusted publication to explain what went down.”

As many fans are probably already aware, up until this point, Doug has been very quiet although he’s made it no secret that he would love to go back to work on the set of The Young and the Restless. After all, Detective Paul Williams still has so much work to do in this fictional town of Genoa City, and especially when it comes to busting the bad guys and solving crimes. But for some reason or another, Doug just hasn’t been asked back.

So far the producers of the show have not made any comments about the matter, but we have a feeling that some drama will go down sooner or later. Everyone simply wants to know why Doug was let go and why he hasn’t been asked back to any of the anniversary parties, even though he is considered one of the originals from the soap.
