The Young and the Restless spoilers say that after being absent for many long years, it seems as though Devon Hamilton wouldn’t mind having his father Tucker back in his life, despite everything that has happened in the past. Actor Bryton James, who plays Devon Hamilton on the hit CBS soap, says that his character is definitely looking to reconnect with his family. He also believes that Devon is willing to do whatever it takes to make things right with his father. He said, “If Tucker can be sincere. There will always be a part of Devon that wants a true father, or a true piece of his family, because he’s wanted that for all of his life. So as much as Devon always pulls away or tries to put up walls, deep down he wants Tucker to be honest and real so that they can have as solid of a relationship as possible.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that for once, it seems like Devon also sees that Ashley is a good influence on Tucker. While no one knows just how long their relationship is going to last, Bryton sees a promising future for them and that’s why he doesn’t think Devon is going to get in the way of their happiness.
The actor put it this way, “Devon sees that Ashley has a positive influence on Tucker but I don’t know if Devon thinks Tucker is right for Ashley given their history. At least she’s being very careful with Tucker so she can’t be manipulated or hurt. I also think it’s nice that Ashley is looking out for Devon’s best interest and wants to see father and son reconcile.”
