The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers UPDATE Tuesday, May 30: Brooke Sets Boundaries, Steffy’s Protection Mode

The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, May 30 reveal that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will set some boundaries with her newfound bestie, Taylor Hayes. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will go into protective mode.

Brooke Logan Sets Boundaries

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers indicate that Brooke is not happy with the way Taylor is trying to fix her up with every man that comes along. First, it was Paul Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers), which did not work out for Brooke at all. Now, it is Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) father, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).

Brooke has told Deacon over and over that she wasn’t interested in him but Taylor was pressuring him to ask her out right in front of her. Brooke finally excused herself to go back to work to get out of the situation. As far as Brooke is concerned, she has completely overstepped her boundaries and she needs to back off.

B&B Spoilers: Steffy Forrester Goes Into Protective Mode

Steffy has been overly protective of  Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) since he came back to work at Forrester Creations. However, after her confrontation with Hope, Steffy will go into protective mode yet again. Is Steffy protecting Thomas or is she protecting someone else this time? Perhaps Steffy gets into the middle of Brooke and Taylor’s argument.

Steffy has been happy with the fact that Brooke and Taylor have gotten along so well. Now, suddenly, there is trouble in their friendship. Steffy will likely defend her mother although she doesn’t know the whole story. Is Brooke being unreasonable by telling Taylor to stay out of her love life? How would Taylor react if the shoe was on the other foot?

The Bold And The Beautiful: What Is Taylor Hayes’ Motive?

Brooke has to wonder, just like Deacon, what Taylor’s motive for playing matchmaker is. After all, Taylor is trying her best to get Brooke off not the market no matter who she is fixing her up with. Does Brooke get the hint that Taylor is wanting a free shot at Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye)? After all, if Brooke is with someone else then Ridge is free to choose her.

This seems to be just the beginning of Taylor’s scheme and their friendship could fall apart pretty quickly. After all, Brooke has never given up on Ridge, she just wants him to make up his mind. Will Ridge end up taking their lead and having nothing to do with either of them and find a new woman altogether?
