The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nate Is Feeling Too Confident

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) thinks the world is his oyster. He is sleeping with the CEO of Newman Enterprises and has the founder of the company thinking he is an upstanding guy. Neither one of these Newmans know how ambitious and ruthless he can be as he is determined to have more power within Newman than he ever imagined before.

Sure, at one time he was a dedicated doctor who was ready to save the world, but no more. It might seem out-of-character but we just have to roll with it. Nate is now a corporate raider and cheater who will step on anyone who gets in his path — even family. And even Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) family. While he has her father and mother believing in him and trusting him he knows that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is going to be a problem.

Audra Has A Warning For Nate

Only Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) knows just how ambitious Nate is as he confides in her his plans and how well things just went during his meeting with The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Victor believes that Nate is good for Victoria and is willing to give him a chance. That is everything that Nate could have hoped for and more.

However, Nick is still not on his side as he has voiced his disapproval of his relationship with Victoria both times he walked in on them almost in the act on Victoria’s desk. Nate wants to deal with Nick his way, but Audra warns him that may be a bad idea.

“Nate believes that it’s time that he handle Nick, but Audra warns him to proceed with caution when it comes to dealing with Newman. That’s when Nate says that when he could use Audra’s help,” Zuleyka Silver explained in the June 5, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. She knows she has to be careful because she doesn’t want to make enemies, but still she’s very interested as to what Nate has planned for Nick.”

Nick is now distracted with problems involving Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Sharon Collins (Sharon Case), so he may not see what’s coming. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how this story plays out.
