General Hospital Spoilers: Curtis Moves Back In With Portia – Is This A Good Idea?

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Portia is cautiously optimistic about the future of her marriage when Curtis – who she has been estranged from – decides to move back in. Now, whether or not this will be a good move, remains to be seen.

Actress Brook Kerr, who plays Portia on the hit ABC soap, puts it this way to the publication in a new interview, “She is really happy that he decides to come back home, but it’s still a little awkward. They are not talking about things, so there’s a lot going on under the surface. It’s a little bit tentative between them.”

Brook continues, “He tells her that he’s going to stay in the guest room and she’s like, ‘Okay, all right, that’s fine with me.’ I think Portia feels like she has owned everything she’s done. She’s taken accountability. And if there is a next step, if there is a path to forgiveness, it’s kind of on him. I don’t know what more Portia could do at this point! I feel like she’s throwing out all the arrows to see what’s going to hit. She’s just kind of patiently letting him know, ‘I’m here, and when you are ready, I am ready.”

General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For Curtis And Portia?

However, General Hospital spoilers say that Portia doesn’t know that Curtis is keeping a huge secret from her – his kiss with Jordan. But then again, it’s not like Portia isn’t keeping any secrets away from him either, right? After all, she has a feeling that he may be Trina’s real father.

Brook further explains, “That happens very quickly and kind of unfolds in real time. The same day he moves back in, they get the call that the DNA test results are back. Marshall’s like, ‘I’ll take your bags, Curtis,’ and Curtis’ phone rings. Portia’s number one priority, of course, is Trina, and making sure she’s going to be okay with the results. She knows that whatever happens now is out of her hands, and all she can do is try to be there for her loved ones and catch them if they fall.”
