So it looks like the rumors are true after all! The Young and the Restless comings and goings say that actor Linden Ashby is returning to Genoa City. The handsome actor is reprising his role as Cameron Kirsten. And we are everyone knows what that means – he’s going to be terrorizing our Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to no end! While fans have surely been speculating about it for some time now, there are new reports that say Linden Ashby is returning to his soap roots and just in time for some juicy drama. That’s because Sharon Newman has received a package from an anonymous sender and of course, everyone thinks it’s from Cameron. Talk about great timing, right?
Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some commented with, “I think this is great news but I would love to see Sharon get back together again with Nick Newman. She needs to find her happiness but at the same time it’s great to see her getting her own storyline,” along with, “Ok so finally the writers have come up with something interesting. It looks like Cameron is the one who is stalking Sharon. Nick better do something about it and protect his woman.”
Another fan wrote, “Finally some excitement in Genoa City. I am getting so sick of all the Adam Newman and Sally Spectra baby drama. Plus Nick needs something new to focus on and it would be great to see him in protection mode with Sharon. She needs her knight in shining armor.”
