The Young and the Restless spoilers say that a familiar face might soon make its way back to Genoa City. That’s because there’s some speculation that actor Linden Ashby might be returning to reprise his role as Cameron Kirsten. And yes, it might be Cameron who is stalking Sharon Newman. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, Sharon Newman received a gift from a mysterious person. It was a bottle of champagne with a note that said, “Memories are what life is made of.” Nick Newman also noticed that it looked like there was a blood stain on the bottle of champagne, too. Clearly someone has a message for Sharon.
Needless to say, there sure are a lot of The Young and the Restless fans out there that have a lot to say about the matter. Some have commented with, “Oh YES! Cameron definitely *should* come back and make the show sizzle again. Sharon’s desperation, Nikki’s disgust and reluctant help as well as Grace showing up in all her bitchiness would be a welcome throwback to spice up the show as well as Sharon’s life!” along with, “Oooh yeahh! Its gonna be good now Cameron is back now Sharon’s storyline is finally here. It would be the time Nick is finally away from Sally..Oooh I wonder how Mariah is gonna find out about her mother is been stalk. It will put Aria is danger.”
Another critic wrote, “Finally! A story for Sharon that hopefully gets her out of the coffeehouse. I’ll say this – one detail about the Cameron K story was that he staged his murder and used Frank Barritt (Cassie and Mariah’s father) as the body. If Frank were somehow alive, that could be an interesting story, as he never knew about Mariah. In fact, Frank as I remember was never really fleshed out.”
