General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For The Quartermaines?

In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, General Hospital Co-Head Writers Chris Van Etten and Dan O’Connor suggested that things are going to get quite dramatic over at the Quartermaine mansion. Let’s just say that no one should expect any peace in the near future. Drew is on edge. Carly is on edge. Everyone is on edge. They both put it this way, “When Drew finds himself an additional target of the SEC, trouble hits the Quartermaine family at large. Ned finds himself with few allies, but chief among them is his mother, Tracy, who is back in town with an agenda all her own, which requires aid from Brook Lynn, who just happens to owe Tracy for Chase’s reinstatement at the PCPD.”

Of course, there’s going to be drama elsewhere in this fictional town of Port Charles, too. When asked about Ava and Austin’s storyline, the scribes said that there’s someone who is going to complicate things for them very fast. They said, “Austin and Ava hope that the coast is clear, but Mason pops up with a very dangerous job for them.”

Now, as far as Sasha is concerned, it looks like she’s going to need some time to work on herself. Unfortunately, she still has a very long road ahead of her. O’Connor put it this way, “With all hands on deck at Deception, Sasha needs to return to the set of her initial mental episode. Will she be able to triumph over adversity this time?”

In other words, it sounds as though General Hospital fans are not going to want to miss any of the action as we head into the summer season.
