Gary Goldsmith, who is someone who definitely has had his fair share of controversial headlines in the past, believes that Prince Harry looked like a spoiled brat who didn’t get what he wanted while he was at the coronation. Interestingly enough, Gary now has a column for the Daily Mail. He wrote, “The Waleses – Kate, William and Charlotte and Louis – all looked amazing and were for many of us the most confident and relaxed in this setting. More than could be said of Prince Harry, just a few rows behind, who looked disengaged and like a petulant, sulking teenager.”

Gary continued, “There was Harry, awkward personified, behaving like a spoilt brat, flying back to LA that quickly for his son’s birthday party. I mean… you get a birthday every year, whereas your father becoming King is kind of a big deal. He was trying desperately hard to make the day about him and it was absolutely brilliant everybody ultimately ignored him. Harry who?”

This isn’t the first time that Gary has attacked the Duke of Sussex with some rather sharp words. Back in January, he warned Harry to never return to the UK again. He wrote at the time, “Fat chance of him being invited to the King’s Coronation now. I’d be happy if he never came back to this country. Why would the Royal Family want him here? Why would we, as a nation?”

What’s Next For Prince Harry?

He continued, “But if there’s a manual on ‘How Not To Behave When Joining The Royal Family’, Meghan has been following it word for word! Entitlement, crassness and casual insensitivity hallmarked her encounters with Kate and William…Then there was the titanic arrogance of their first formal meeting. Meghan barged in to hug William, using her get-out-of-jail-free card — I’m American! — to explain this breach of etiquette. Surely Harry should have explained that a curtsy was the proper way to greet an heir to the throne?”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter. Watch this space.
