The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, May 15 tease that Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) are about to share a beautiful moment, which makes us wonder where Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has disappeared to in her ex’s time of need.

Daniel’s conscience is having fits and on Monday, May 15, Daniel comprehends that what he has done cannot be taken back.

On a fabulous Friday Cliffhanger, Daniel spilled all about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) being alive to three people who have a major investment in her lie: Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

Daniel did not tell the whole truth however, just another version of it. He told them that he, not his sister Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) met up with undead Red in Chancellor Park.

Daniel is trying to protect his unhinged sister, but when she finds out what he did she will most likely blow her last gasket.

Not only does he divulge that his mom is alive, he also spills that she was behind Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) death. Will Summer turn on him if Phyllis goes to jail as a result of her actions? She shouldn’t but she isn’t thinking clearly right now.

At Crimson Lights he runs into Chelsea who also has family problems on her plate. As a result they commiserate.

After Daniel hints at family drama Chelsea wants to talk. She tells him about her own drama with son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) struggling knowing his dad Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is about to be a dad again.

Both Daniel and Chelsea want to help and fix their loved ones, but realize they can’t, each person in this world has to want to change before they take the first step. But it will be comforting to know that they can talk about their mutual struggles. This will be an important connection for Daniel as he waits for all heck to break loose once Phyllis is found!
