The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that at this point, it’s pretty clear that Hope Logan is absolutely in love with Thomas Forrester, but at the same time she knows that she can’t have him. That’s not just because she’s married to Liam Spencer, but also because she knows that the handsome Forrester son is the forbidden fruit that she can’t have. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, the beautiful blonde says that Hope is definitely a very confused lady in love these days, as she’s not sure if her marriage is worth saving seeing how she’s enjoying every moment that she gets to spend with Thomas Forrester. 

Speaking about Hope’s psyche at the moment, Annika said, “That’s really been a lot for me, of delving into the real root of the character and what makes her tick and kind of that genesis, like you said. And for me, the main thing has been control. Hope is very much a fan of control, needing to be in control, especially growing up under the shadow of her mom and a lot of the judgment that was cast upon her mother that you know, subconsciously or not, her character has inherited some of that.”

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s Next For Hope?

Annika also added that she thinks Hope is her biggest critic, for better or for worse. She said, “I think it would be very interesting to see if she lets that grip loose a little bit and what results because of that.”

The actress continued, “For me, Thomas, he is that forbidden fruit, and he encapsulates everything that Hope has not allowed herself in her own life, of that impulse, of being reactionary, only thinking about yourself, not thinking about others and the repercussions of that.”
