Days of Our Lives spoilers say now that Camila Banus is leaving the show, a lot of people can’t help but wonder what’s going to happen to her character, Gabi DiMera. After all, she’s always played a key figure when it came to all of the drama in Salem. But just because Camila is leaving, that doesn’t mean the end is near for Gabi. Passions alum Lindsay Hartley is still very popular among daytime television fans. In the past few years, she stepped in for Kelly Monaco to play Sam McCall on General Hospital. She did such a great job with the role that some fans were even begging her to stay on the show and even replace Kelly. 

And while it doesn’t seem like Lindsay will be returning to Port Charles any time soon, some fans think that she would be perfect in Salem. And while it’s been quite some time since we’ve last seen Lindsay on the canvas, that doesn’t mean she hasn’t been keeping busy. She’s been juggling multiple projects at the same time. She’s even traded in her acting hat for a new one – a director’s hat! The actress recently shared a behind the scenes photo of herself in action. She’s been directing the new television movie ‘Paranormal Bodies.’ 

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Is Gabi DiMera Staying In Salem?

So far Lindsay hasn’t made any comments about possibly moving to Salem, but that doesn’t mean it’s not going to happen. As of press time, Camila Banus has made no indication that she plans on returning to Days of Our Lives anytime soon. Having Lindsay take over the role would seem nothing short than perfect, right?
