Let’s just say that Eric Martsolf is a very lucky man who is certainly counting his blessings these days. And that’s not just because he gets to play Brady Black on Days of Our Lives, but also because there’s still a lot of love between him and his wife Lisa. The actor recently shared an incredible photo of his wife and paid tribute to her on her birthday this week. Here’s what he has to say.
Sharing a photo of Lisa strutting her stuff on the beach, Eric wrote, “She’s 54 today, the mother of my twin boys, and struts out of the water like this. I don’t know how you defy age and time, but I’m so lucky to be on the receiving end of it. Happy birthday to my one and only girl. I love you, Coconut.”
Apparently, there is a secret to Lisa’s success. Back in 2021, Eric said that his wife is really into beachbody.com workouts and that she loves it. Because she’s been doing the work outs so much, the couple decided to transform their garage into a gym so they could work on their fitness together. They also bought a medical mirror, much to Lisa’s surprise, but mostly because of how big it is!
Eric told Soap Opera Digest in an interview, “It’s been really great and we’ve bonded as a result. I’ve never worked out with my wife. I’ve always been that gym rat that goes to Gold’s Gym and I’d do my own thing and I was always set in my ways and she kind of made me think outside of the box. I’m actually having more fun working out that I ever had to.”
Eric also added that Lisa is now an official Beachbody coach, and if anyone wants to be a part of her group, they can simply sign up on Lisa Martsolf’s official website.
