Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Jasper Newman, who plays Colin on the hit Peacock soap, says that he wants Colin to experience the same kind of feelings that he’s had. The actor puts it this way, “He wants her to feel the loss and the pain that he has over his mum’s death, which he blames Chanel for.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that while the pair is discussing their plans for Paulina, Jada overhears Paulina’s name come up. Of course, she asks Talia about it, but she covers up for it real quick. Later on, Talia goes over to meet Colin, who is eager for Paulina to apparently have more panic attacks. Of course, Colin doesn’t want to physically hurt her. But he does want to hurt her where it hurts the most – and that’s emotionally.”

Jasper adds, “These panic attacks are a way of getting at both Chanel and Paulina. If Paulina’s having panic attacks more often, then she’s less able to help Chanel. And Chanel becomes worried and less focused on herself, as she leans more into the idea of losing her mom. She’s instantly going through the pain. It distracts both of them from what else is going on, and it makes taking away more from them easier.”
