The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that sometimes you just need to cut off the problem at the very source. At least, that’s probably how Nick Newman and Adam Newman are currently feeling about their father, Victor Newman. That’s because he’s definitely crossed a line that no father should ever cross. And just to think, he did it without even thinking twice about it, either. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to the latest The Young and the Restless spoilers, Victor Newman took matters into his own hands with Sally Spectra and her pregnancy. He offered her cash for her baby and told her that the best solution would be if she were to leave Genoa City forever. This, despite the fact that it’s Adam’s baby and that she’s also in a relationship with Nick. Because of this indecent proposition, a lot of people think it’s time for the Newman boys to stand up to their father. He can’t be serious to think that a plan like this would actually work.
Needless to say, many critics sure did have a lot to say about this storyline. Some wrote on social media, “Seriously, wouldn’t this be the point to cut off Victor completely if you were either Adam or Nick? It would be interesting if for once, Victor’s actions had consequences. If I were the sons, I wouldn’t want my kids around that man,” along with, “Victor is a joke. He is always talking about family but he causes so much turmoil in his kids lives. Trying to pay off Sally to leave town and her baby is insane. How does he think Nick or Adam will accept this?”
Another critic wrote, “I love Victor but he never learns. What, exactly was the plan? Pay off Sally, she would leave Nick and GC and Victor and Nikki would raise Adam’s daughter at the ranch??? And Nick and Adam would be totally ok with this???”
