Days of Our Lives Star Brandon Barash Recalls The First Time He Was Starstruck

While there’s no doubt that daytime television does have some of the biggest, most die-hard fans out there, sometimes the soap stars themselves get a little starstruck, too. Just ask actor Brandon Barash, who is best known for his roles on both Days of Our Lives and General Hospital. The actor recently recalled a moment when he met one of his biggest idols. It was an experience that he certainly won’t ever forget in his lifetime, too. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, the handsome actor recalled, “I was at this Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills, having dinner and kept hearing this very familiar voice behind me. I have what I think is a healthy obsession with Steve Martin. I turned around and there he was sitting right behind me. I was completely beside myself.”

Brandon continued, “I looked at home and thought about saying something. He nodded to me, and I nodded back at him. Then I turned back around and said nothing, because it was one of the coolest moments ever. We had just silently said hello to  each other and it was kind of cool.”

There’s no doubt that if a Days of Our Lives star were to meet Brandon Barash in the same way, they would probably keep their cool, too. After all, Brandon is one of the biggest stars in the daytime television world. Oh, who are we even kidding ourselves? It would absolutely be so much fun to see Brandon in the flesh. And we are sure that he would have a lot of fun meeting some of his biggest fans, too.
