Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Heather Tom, who plays Katie Logan on the hit CBS soap, says that she knows Bill only wants Katie whenever he knows that he can’t have her. And now that she’s settled into a very nice relationship with Carter Walton, she’s not going to make the same mistakes she made in the past by letting Bill come in once again.

Heather puts it this way to the publication, “Katie is not going to delude herself. She’s like, ‘The last time I told you Brooke was available, you hightailed it over there as soon as humanly possible. You have an opportunity here, Bill. Go ahead and take it. You wanted this before and now you have the opportunity, so don’t let me stand in your way.’”
