General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Might Save Willow’s Life — But What Will Michael Do to Secure the Transplant?

General Hospital spoilers tease Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is the last person that anyone would ever have expected would voluntarily save someone’s life — and that’s not about to change now.

Back in the day Nelle’s father, Frank Benson (James Patrick Stuart), sold her kidney to Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) so that Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) could live. Nelle resented that for years and took her anger to her grave with her. About that…it’s very possible that Nelle is alive. If she is, and she comes back to save her twin sister’s life, we can bet there will be a catch.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nelle Never Died

The day Nelle fell from the bluffs near a cabin in upstate New York, she had been running from — and arguing with — Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Carly watched her fall from the cliffside and didn’t really try to help her. Still, she was in the clear of any wrongdoing, but Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has never forgiven her for it.

What would transpire between Carly and Nina now if Nelle were to waltz her way back into town — having left her mother grieve for her all this time? How would Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) explain why he agreed to identify the remains that were found as hers when he knew better?

GH Spoilers Suggest Nothing is Free

It’s without question that if Nelle was able to pull herself out of that graveyard and prance back into Port Chuck, she would be headed right for Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) door. Nelle was bitter about losing Michael to the very end, and she always hoped he would love her again someday.

So when she sees an in with Willow’s dire condition, she knows the way back into Michael’s life is going to be via helping Willow — as much as she hates it that Willow has become the woman in his life who matters more than anything to him. That being said, Nelle knows she’s not going to score a spot back in Michael’s heart, but that doesn’t mean she can’t negotiate her way into his bed.

When Nelle comes back around, she just might force Michael to make a deal with the devil. Everyone is going to be stunned and equally miserable to find that Nelle is alive, but it’s going to be a blessing in disguise if it saves Willow’s life. That being said, Nelle has a master plan, and Michael is the only person who can help her pull it off.

All she wants in return for her bone marrow is one night with Mikey. Will he agree? To save Willow? Of course he will — and of course, she’ll probably have all her ducks in a row to land herself pregnant with his next child.
