Well it looks like someone is going back to her roots – and by that we mean her Hollywood roots. Royal Family News says that Meghan Markle has just signed on with a new Hollywood talent agency, prompting a lot of people to wonder if she will be going back to the small screen or better yet, the big screen. Either way, it looks like she’s taken the necessary steps to get back in front of the cameras. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to the latest reports, the Duchess of Sussex sure enough raised some eyebrows after it was reported that she has signed with talent agency WME. It is understood that the agency works with many different film and television production companies and also works with brand partnership. WME will take over for Archewell’s content banner, which includes Meghan’s spotify podcast.
Meghan will be represented by Ari Emanuel. The news comes after Meghan split from her former agency, Sunshine Sachs, who she has been with ever since she and Prince Harry moved to California back in 2020. Sunshine Sachs also worked with Meghan Markle when she was still an actress on the hit legal drama Suits.
Now, whether or not this means that Meghan is looking to kick-start her acting career remains to be seen. So far the Duchess of Sussex has made no comments about the matter but there has been a lot of speculation suggesting that she’s looking to dip her toes back in the Hollywood pool. But then again, she has been back in California now for over three years with no concrete offers from the entertainment industry. This new move with WME might just change that. If Meghan doesn’t make it back on television, there’s always a chance that Prince Harry might start his royal acting career, right? Fans from both sides of the pond would actually love that!
