The Young and the Restless spoilers say that you can’t hide a secret like this from your spouse and think that he or she would be okay with it. Of course, we are talking about Summer Newman now knowing that her mother Phyllis Summers is indeed alive and well. Once her husband Kyle Abbott finds out about this, there’s a very good chance that he will flip out knowing that Summer has decided to protect her own mother over his mother, Diane Jenkins, knowing all the damage that Phyllis has done. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that while everyone knows that Summer and Kyle have had their fair share of ups and downs, things are finally beginning to look good for them and their marriage. Well, that was until Phyllis disappeared, was pronounced dead, and Diane Jenkins was accused of her murder. Along with her brother Daniel, Summer was left absolutely devastated over the death of her month. Kyle also couldn’t understand why his own mother Diane would go back to her murderous ways. She’s made so much progress just to supposedly throw it all away for someone like Phyllis.

Of course, everything changed the moment that Phyllis revealed herself to Summer. She explained that it was Jeremy Stark who had planned all of this. But now that he’s dead, Phyllis is ready to come back out of hiding, but she knows it won’t be easy. Genoa City will be rocked to its core when everyone finds out that Phyllis had lied about her fake murder. After all, she’s done so many questionable things in the past that there’s no way anyone is going to believe anything that she has to say about this.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Kyle And Summer?

Unfortunately, it looks like Kyle is going to be none too pleased when he finds out about this and worse, that his own wife has been hiding the truth from him. Watch this space.
