The Young and the Restless spoilers say that this Abbott sibling might have a point. During the most recent episode of the show, Ashley Abbott did not hold back her feelings when it came to her brother Jack Abbott and the current state of his affairs. During a very heated scene, Ashley told Jack that his future looks pretty bleak. Because he keeps hanging on to Diane Jenkins like she is the last woman on earth, Ashley thinks that Jack will suffer nothing but heartache in his personal life and total destruction in his professional life. And he certainly might have a point.
Needless to say, many The Young and the Restless fans sure do have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some commented on this storyline with, “Ashley is so bitter, spiteful and unreasonable for no real reason and therefore completely unlikable. Can’t she just show a bit of restraint, thoughtfulness and dignity, and acknowledge the tough time her brother (and nephew) are going through ? She’s behaving like an unhinged real housewife of Beverly Hills. She just deserves a slap,” along with, “Well … I’m more annoyed with Ashley right. A bit of admonishing is fine but 24/7? Of course Jack is defending Diane because he’s in love with her and will not consider abandonment. If Diane turns out to be the villain here it will be extremely annoying. Such a scenario would just bamboozle us “dumb” viewers and not acceptable.”
Another fan wrote, “I love a Abbott sibling scene with any combination; Jack and Ashley, Traci and anyone. I am glad Ashley told Jack to move. I am tired of him telling her that she needs to move. Ashley needs to move Tucker into the Abbott mansion. The scenes with Peter and Eileen was spot on.”
