It seems like when it comes to the fashion police, there are a lot of people out there who would arrest Meghan Markle in a heartbeat simply because she can’t seem to iron her clothes. At least that’s how it looked like when the Duchess of Sussex was spotted on a date night with her husband Prince Harry this week. Did she really look that bad? Here’s what you need to know.

Some people out there are criticizing Meghan for looking disheveled in her blazer and shorts combo. Meghan was spotted wearing a new Staud short set ensemble, her Aquazzura pumps and carried a favorite Prada clutch. And while a lot of people would definitely agree that she looks chic, a lot of others can’t help but point out that she looked so wrinkled and especially from the back.

Of course, many of Meghan’s fans and critics have slammed her for her look and have also defended her, too. Quite a few of them have taken to social media to write comments such as, “It looks like a frumpy diaper. Linen for sitting a long time is not good. She should’ve opted for some designer jeans. The heels at a game are killing me,” along with, “Typical Meg always consistently looks messy, she never wears well ironed outfits. The color is beautiful, but it looks very sloppy on her.”

Another person wrote, “She looks great in pink. And for those complaining, it’s linen. It wrinkles very easily when you sit down. Or cross your legs. Or breathe. Chill.”

And then there was this comment as well, “If you’re judging her for having wrinkled clothes, you obviously have never had/been around linen before so that probably means you’re in a much lower tax bracket to be so damn opinionated about things you do not understand. She looks stunning as always!”
