General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 24 tease angry resentment, bombshell discoveries and sickening shocks! Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is full of angry resentment, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shares a bombshell discovery, and and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) wedding ends with a sickening shock!

General Hospital Spoilers: Angry Resentment

At the Quartermaine mansion, Michael says it’s the happiest day of his life as Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) walks down the aisle to become his bride. But it’s bittersweet, as her life saver Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is still held captive by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) along with others. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) looks worried as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) asks “it’s not all good news, is it”, as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) who’s there without Nina, looks serious.

Meanwhile, Nina holds angry resentment against Carly and Michael, but especially Carly, who she blames for keeping two of her daughters from her. She drove off in a huff earlier after confronting her at Wyndemere, where Carly was left babysitting Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) while Ava Jerome (Maura West) stepped out.

GH Spoilers: Bombshell Discoveries

Meanwhile, at General Hospital, Drew, and Curtis Ashford, (Donnell Turner) share a bombshell discovery with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) who’ll gleefully announce he’s figured it out. Drew found a map that shows the location of Operation Demeter, which Victor had wanted from him, and it apparently matches the coordinates on the Ice Princess diamonds. Meanwhile, a tearful and insistent Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) hospital room demanding everything Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) knows about Victor. Time is of the essence to find where Victor’s headed with his hostages, including Liesl, Trina Robinson, (Tabyana Ali) Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay).

General Hospital Spoilers: Sickening Shocks

Ava doesn’t mince words with Nina, who looks sullen yet tearful, as she demands to know what Nina did-meanwhile, at the Quartermaine mansion the wedding appears to come to a halt. Michael, Willow, Sonny and Carly all look as there’s a knock on the door and then a scream; it sounds like the scream’s coming from Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). It’s a very good question what Nina did-are there US Marshalls at the door to arrest Carly for insider trading, as Drew is at GH with Curtis trying to save people?

Or is the scream coming because something even worse is happening right outside the Quartermaine mansion door? Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will also make a shocking discovery this week!
