The Young and the Restless star Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) just revealed a MAJOR SPOILER on her Instagram account. Apparently, James Hyde, who plays Jeremy Stark on the hit CBS soap, has just wrapped up filming his episodes for the soap. We should all know what that means, right? Keep reading below!
Sharing a selfie with her and Jeremy, she captioned her photo with, “SPOILER ALERT!!!!” Ok, just so folks don’t get mad. Hey @jameshydeofficial thank you for being SUCH A JOY to work with!! We ALL love you! Thank you for being such a positive spirit on set and a great scene partner. I’m sorry the marriage was short lived and I’m sorry I stabbed you to death. Those scissors sure were sharp. But… ya know, Jeremy can always have a twin brother. Go Kill it!”
Of course, many of Michelle’s fans and followers commented on the matter with, “Jeremy should totally!!! have a twin brother. A great guy whom Phylis can have an epic love story with!!! She really needs her happily ever after!!!” along with, “I am so disappointed! I thought Jeremy and Phyllis were awesome together! Maybe he will survive! If not, bring back his twin. I think Phyllis will blame Stark by saying he made her marry him and then kidnapped her. It just so happened that she broke away and killed him in self defense.”
Another fan wrote, “Not what I was expecting I’ll miss him he was a great asset to the show and Phyllis keeps digging a bigger whole idk how she’s going to get out of it this surly will be interesting I love her character.”
Now, as far as what’s next for Phyllis remains to be seen but it does look like she’s got a whole lot of explaining to do! While it’s unlikely that she will tell the truth and nothing but the truth, it will also be interesting to see how everyone is going to respond to her fake death. Watch this space.
