We’ve got exciting news for The Bold and the Beautiful fans! Actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who is best known for her role as Steffy Forrester on the hit CBS soap, is pregnant with her fourth child! Here’s what you need to know.
The actress made her pregnancy announcement while on The Talk. She and her husband Elan Ruspoli got married back in 2019. They currently have three children: Rise, 4, Lenix, 2, and Brando, who will be turning one next month.
Jacqueline once told Soap Opera Digest that for her, motherhood is a work in progress. She said, “The moment you leave the hospital, you are on your own. That was my first moment of freak-out. And, it was pouring rain that day. We had thunderstorms in L.A., which don’t happen often. The first two days, you know, you keep looking at him like, ‘Are you breathing? Are you alive?’ You just keep doing that, and then you kind of start picking up on their cues. I’m a work in progress.”
She also said that she and her husband, Elan Ruspoli, always wanted to have a big family. “Elan and I dreamed of having a large family as we are both only children and are over the moon that our dreams are coming true,” she told People in 2022.
Now, as far as whether or not Jacqueline’s fourth pregnancy will be written into a storyline for The Bold and the Beautiful remains to be seen. While the writers have done it for Jacqueline’s character Steffy Forrester in the past, there’s a good chance that they might do it again. Watch this space.
