The Queen of Port Charles is back! Of course, we are talking about General Hospital star Constance Towers, as the actress is set to reprise her role as Helena Cassadine in the coming weeks ahead. And boy, do fans have a lot to say about it. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest General Hospital spoilers, fans can expect to see Constance on the canvas as early as Friday, May 5th. She will also appear during the Monday, May 8th episode, too. How exciting! General Hospital fans are stoked to see what Helena will bring to the table this time around.
It didn’t take very long for many General Hospital fans to weigh in on Constance Tower’s return to Port Charles. Some even took to social media to write comments such as, “I’d truly love to have her back for a nice long story arc, but she’s 89. Grateful for whatever we can get from at this point! NO ONE can tell me that Jessica Tuck’s character wasn’t meant to be her daughter!” along with, “I wanted Jessica Tuck’s character to actually BE Helena after taking an experimental drug that de-aged her 20 plus years. Helena then sneaks back into Port Charles unnoticed and wreaks havoc. Jessica Tuck has an uncanny resemblance to CT and even some of her mannerisms so it would work. This is where I miss Ron. Only he would come up with creative storylines like that.”
Another critic wrote, “Welcome back, Ms. Towers! I can think of so many things for Helena to do. Alas, we only have her for two days, but I’ll take what I can get. I just read she is 89-years-old. What a life she has lead. I will have to catch her episodes.”
We definitely have to agree with everyone: it’s great to see Constance back on the canvas again! Of course, General Hospital fans will have to tune in for all of the action!
