Let’s just say that things have been anything but boring for Sheila Carter lately. She was flicked off a balcony and is currently fighting for her life. And while no one knows if she’s going to survive her latest round of health troubles, there’s been a lot of chit chatter going on about whether or not Kimberlin Brown will be staying on the show. Luckily, we’ve got an answer.
During a Q&A session with her fans on Instagram, Kimberlin was asked about the status of her character on the show. While the actress didn’t reveal much, she did say that she “signed a long-term deal” and is currently under contract. She also said, “But our contracts are written so that the show has an option on us — I believe — every three to six months.”
Kimberlin also added that she had no idea “where the storyline is going, but it should be exciting!”
Back in March, the brunette beauty also opened up about her character’s evil past. Kimberlin mused, “Sheila’s not the only one who has done things that she regrets. And in her mind, she doesn’t understand why she’s the only one who people want to punish! Why doesn’t she get a second chance? When will people leave her alone and allow her to be happy?”
She also added, “There are a lot of secrets in a lot of closets in this town. If Sheila decided to expose them, there’d be hell to pay!”
