Give the man a chance – quite literally. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that a lot of fans think that both Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) and Sharon Case (Sharon Newman) are in need of a new romance – together, that is. Both of them have been unlucky in love for the longest time and according to some fans, it would make the best sense to put them together for several different reasons. As many The Young and the Restless fans already know, things just haven’t been the same for Chance and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) since he realized that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will always be in the picture, regardless if he likes it or not. Devon and Abby have always had a special connection between them and seeing how they’ve even slept together, too, it’s been clear as day that the two of them were never really meant to be. Plus, Abby also had a hard time navigating their marriage with all of Chance’s mental health issues, too.
For Sharon Newman, things haven’t been the same for her since her husband Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) died in that tragic car crash over a year ago. Some The Young and the Restless fans think it’s been too long since she’s had someone in her life and they believe that Chance might be that special someone for her. After all, she is a therapist that does have a thing for men with badges. If there’s anyone who is patient and intelligent enough to understand Chance and give him the care and support that he needs, it would most definitely be Sharon. This has of course prompted a lot of viewers to ask: what’s taking The Young and the Restless writing team so long to put them together? Sharon and Chance would be the power couple that Genoa City needs right now.
