You can run, but there’s no doubt that you can’t hide from Victor Cassadine. In fact, General Hospital spoilers say that Anna and Valentin are going to learn that the hard way when Victor finds them. Keep reading below for all of the spoilers you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Victor hits paydirt when he manages to find the safe house where Anna and Valentin have been hiding this entire time. Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actor Charles Shaughnessy, who plays Victor on the hit ABC soap, says that his character has no plans to show his son any mercy. And it’s not like we wouldn’t expect him to do so, right?
The actor puts it this way, “He’s gone past the point of saying, ‘I give you, Valentin, one last chance to join me.’ There are things that he needs from Valentin, but he’s moved on to Spencer and baby Ace as the ones that are going to carry on his legacy, the Cassadine legacy He’s sort of sad that it’s an opportunity missed; they could have worked together as father and son had Valentin joined forces with Victor, but he chose to side with Anna and the WSB and the forces of good in Port Charles. That’s bitterly disappointing – but that ship has sailed.”
General Hospital spoilers say that the reunion between father and son is anything but a warm one, especially when Victor finally comes face to face with Valentin and Anna. The situation also becomes very dangerous fast, too. Shaughnessy says, “For Victor, it’s like, ‘Okay, you are no longer my son, and I may not be able to pull the trigger on your myself, but I can certainly take away everything else you love in this world.”
