Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Sloan is going to have to work extra hard if she wants anyone to believe her version of the truth here. That’s because even Eric is having his doubts about her and her story. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Paulina believes that it was Sloan who left threatening messages that she received at the office. She told her attorney about it but of course, Sloan denies knowing anything about it. And while Eric is there to defend her, even he can’t help but raise an eyebrow over her behavior.
Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actor Greg Vaughan, who plays Eric on the hit Peacock soap, puts it this way, “He’s giving her the benefit of the doubt, as he always does. As much as he is looking out for her, he’s questioning everything at the same time, so he’s reserved.”
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that later on, Eric can’t help but wonder what’s really going on when he sees a bunch of magazines and scissors at Sloan’s apartment. He thinks that she could have used them to craft a note to Paulina.
Greg says, “Eric discovers all this evidence that looks a bit suspicious. He questions what he’s doing by protecting her. It’s like, ‘Wait a minute, am I being stupid here? But Eric is standing up for Sloan when she is vulnerable. There’s so many factors at play with her emotions and anger and resentment about her family, but he’s going to stand beside her, as he does with the people he cares the most about.”
