Let’s not pretend like we didn’t know that he had it in him. The Young and the Restless star Eric Braeden has once again proven to the world that he is 100 percent just like his alter ego, Victor Newman. That’s because he managed to throw some major shade with just three words to Eva Longoria’s two friends, Eric Winter and Roselyn Sanchez, after they called him a “grumpy old man.” Let the war of words begin! Eric Winter and Roselyn Sánchez were on the He Said, Ella Dijo podcast recently and addressed Eric’s remarks about Eva. Calling him a “grumpy actor,” Roselyn said that Eric “should apologize because [he was] out of line and his remarks were completely uncalled for.”

Needless to say, this all came after Eva admitted that it was hard for her to make ends meet on just one paycheck and that’s why she worked at a headhunter agency as a temp as well. Eric responded on Twitter by saying, “You simply weren’t good enough to survive the pressures of this medium! You were very lucky to get on that ‘housewife’ show!”

Of course, it didn’t take long for Eric to respond to Roselyn and Eric as he simply wrote on Twitter, “And they are????”

DAMN! Many Twitter users commented on the matter with, “It ain’t a day that ends in Y when Eric B isn’t scrapping with someone on this bird app,” along with, “I have no clue who those people are either. Clearly their short time  on tv  was not memorable. They really should keep Mr Braeden’s name out of their mouths,” along with, “Just stop criticizing Mr Eric Braeden. He should be respected for his work of the last 50 years and has every right to his opinion.:

Another critic wrote, “This just seems like a misunderstanding over misunderstanding LOL. Braeden misunderstood Eva, The other two misunderstood Braeden & the drama continues — which come to think of it misunderstandings is what drives a good soap storyline!”
