Apparently, Adam is still holding on to the hope that he and Sally Spectra become a couple. That makes a lot of sense seeing how Sally is currently carrying his child. But for the fashion designer, the heart wants what the heart wants and instead of being with Adam, she chose his half-brother, Nick. It’s a complicated situation to be in, but everyone is so far making the most out of it.

However, The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest Adam might try to take advantage of the fact that Nick is currently distracted with all of the drama surrounding Phyllis Summers. As many fans know, she’s attempted to fake her death, which has left her daughter Summer Newman absolutely worried about her mother. This will prompt Nick to spend more time with Summer as they are trying to figure out what next steps to take, leaving Adam to tend to his pregnant baby mama, Sally.

Now, whether or not Adam’s plan will work remains to be seen, but if there’s anything that we’ve learned about the prodigal Newman son it’s that he always manages to think a few steps ahead than everyone else.
