In an interview with ET Online, Bryton, who plays Devon on the hit CBS soap, said, “I want my mom to come back…that’s my number one.”

As many fans can recall, Victoria played Devon’s mother, Drucilla. Now, whether or not she does return to the show remains to be seen but there’s no doubt that many The Young and the Restless fans sure do have a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “If CBS/SONY Marketing/Advertise Victoria Rowell return promo in Prime Time and Daytime during the Price is Right it’s a guaranteed rating skyrocket. Make special appearances. CBS This Morning and Games Shows and last The Talk. No talking about the past move forward,” along with, “I would love to see her back too but I think the fact she wrote a fictionalized tell-all and sued to try to get back in keeps the door shut. I still think its a possibility. Now 10 years ago I would have said, hell no! But again, she was brought in for Kristoff’s memorial and I assume the anniversary party is invitation only? Unless she came as a plus one, she was invited. I think they’ve made peace with her.”

The Young and the Restless News: What’s Next For Victoria?

Another fan wrote, “We can only hope that somehow a long-term return for Drucilla and Victoria Rowell could happen–and soon. I mentioned in another recent thread that if Mamie is now (according to Josh Griffith) worth $10M, then it might be a good opportunity to write Drucilla back in by saying that Mamie has been paying for Drucilla’s medical care and she has finally emerged from a long coma or whatever.”

Now, whether or not Drucilla does return remains to be seen, but it seems like everyone would love to see Victoria Rowell back on the canvas. We are going to keep our fingers crossed in the hopes that it does happen!
