The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Is Ready To Take Down Diane

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Phyllis is ready to set her plan with Jeremy in motion as they are about to get their ultimate revenge on Diane. Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Executive Producer and Head Writer Josh Griffith puts it this way, “Despite knowing that Jeremy is a dangerous guy, Phyllis believes she has finally found someone who also sees Diane for who she really is and was also wronged by her. Phyllis blames Diane for ruining her life and is willing to make a deal with the devil – in this case, Jeremy – and go along with his plan.” 

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Phyllis is forced to come up with a way to somehow be along with Diane, so she approaches her at the gala and tells her that Kyle is sick. She also says that Summer brought him up to one of the suites and that he’s in need of medical attention.

Griffith previews, “When Diane tries to verify Phyllis’ story, Phyllis guilts her by tapping into Diane’s insecurities about being a bad mother. This leads Diane to give Phyllis the benefit of the doubt and she goes upstairs with Phyllis.”

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Diane?

Now, whether or not this will all work remains to be seen. That said, it seems like Phyllis is not going to go down without a fight and the same can be said about Diane, too. But Griffith adds, “It reaches the breaking point with devastating results, not only for the rivals but for their loved ones as well.”
