Royal Family News says that it won’t be just Prince Harry and Meghan Markle traveling to London in May, should they decide to ultimately attend King Charles’ coronation. In fact, there’s a new report that suggests Doria Ragland will have to make the trip too and for this reason as well. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
It goes without saying that if Harry and Meghan do make it to the coronation, they are not going to leave their two children, Archie and Lilibet, behind. After all, the coronation falls on the same day as Archie’s 4th birthday and there’s no doubt that both of his parents will want to be there to celebrate his big day, even if they will be celebrating King Charles’ reign as well.
Of course, that’s where Doria Ragland steps in. There’s a very good chance that Meghan Markle’s mother will have to make the trip to London as well so she can help babysit the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s two children. It’s also because Archie and Lilibet will not be at the coronation, as their names were not included in the invite. A lot of royal fans and critics alike can’t help but wonder why, seeing how Prince William and Kate Middleton’s three children will be at the ceremony. Not only that, but Camilla Parker Bowles’ grandchildren are also expected to attend the festivities as well. So far Doria Ragland has mostly kept to herself and has managed to stay under the radar while helping Harry and Meghan at home in Montecito. As their most trusted family member to date, there’s no doubt that she will want to come along and be their safety net during what will most likely be a very stressful trip for Harry and Meghan.
