You can try and be one step ahead of him but General Hospital spoilers say that there’s always a good chance that he’ll still leave you in the dust. Of course, we are talking about Victor Cassadine as it seems like Eileen is going to try and get ahead of him this week. Keep reading below for all of the spoilers you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Eileen delivers a fake necklace to Victor after getting orders from Anna and Valentin. She’s hoping that he’ll think that the necklace is actually the real thing before realizing that she’s handed him over a fake!
Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actor Charles Shaughnessy, who plays Victor Cassadine on the hit ABC soap, puts it this way, “There is a certain amount of tension as he gets his hands on it and inspects it. For a short time, he’s confident that it’s authentic and he’s explaining to her why it’s important.”
Of course, this plays right into Eileen’s hands, as it also gives her some important information to take back to the safe house. Yet, Victor quickly realizes that something is not right with the numbers that are engraved on the necklace, as they are meant to be coordinates.
Charles adds, “But he enters the code and it’s not working. So, his moment of triumph is pretty short lived. He’s not sure whether the diamond is the problem or the description key is the problem, but he knows there is a problem, and he figures Eileen probably knows more than she is letting on.”
If that weren’t enough, this can be an even bigger problem for everyone involved. That said, Victor will do whatever it’s necessary to find out the truth. The actor warns, “That becomes even more clear as the weeks go on. His level of evil is definitely ratcheting up.”
