In fact, the two were so good at hiding their romance under the radar that some people seemed to even forget that they were supposedly even dating in the first place! Back in 2018 and before Billy left the show in 2019, there was a lot of speculation about what was really going on between Billy and Kelly behind the scenes. Kelly made it no secret that Billy sure was her favorite General Hospital co-star, and for plenty of good reasons, too. A lot of fans couldn’t help but notice the undeniable chemistry they had on screen. A lot of people even believed that their same chemistry carried into their personal lives.

But if there’s anything that we’ve learned about Kelly over the years, it’s that she’s a very private person. She’s not someone who likes to talk about her personal life and she rarely even does any interviews about her work on General Hospital, either. In fact, it seems like Kelly tries to distance herself from any kind of promotional work, especially if she feels like she doesn’t have to do it. It could be because many journalists are inclined to ask questions that she doesn’t want to give answers for.

Is Billy Miller Coming Back?

With that said, both Billy and Kelly have not posted anything on social media about their supposed relationship. There’s a chance that they might still be together just as much as there’s a chance that they could have broken up a very long time ago.
